The Data Controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the website.
No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as it is not required pursuant to Article 37 GDPR.

a) Data provided voluntarily by the user

When users fill in the contact forms available on the Website, the Data Controller may collect personal data such as:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • any telephone number;
  • messages or requests submitted via the forms.

Providing data is optional; however, failure to do so may prevent the Data Controller from responding to requests.

b) Newsletter

A newsletter service managed through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) is available.
The processing concerns the email address and, if provided, other contact details.
Subscription is voluntary and consent may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting the Data Controller.

c) Browsing data

During normal browsing, the computer systems acquire certain technical data (such as anonymised IP address, browser type, operating system),
necessary for the operation of the Website and for statistical purposes.

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to information requests submitted via contact forms

  • Sending informational communications and newsletters

4. External booking system

The “Book now” button redirects users to an external booking engine platform managed by third parties.
This Website does not collect or process personal data related to bookings,
which are managed directly by the external provider according to its own privacy policies.

5. Processing methods

Data are processed using electronic and telematic tools, with appropriate technical and organisational measures
to ensure data security, confidentiality and integrity, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency.

6. Data sharing

Personal data are neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
They may only be disclosed to service providers acting as Data Processors, including:

  • newsletter service: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS);
  • statistics: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC);
  • cookie management: CookieYes Ltd.;
  • anti-spam and security systems: Google reCAPTCHA.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and, subject to user consent, third-party analytical cookies.
Cookie management is handled through the CookieYes banner, which allows users to express or change their preferences at any time.

Personal data are retained only for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected:

  • contact form requests: up to 24 months;

The Website is also intended for families with minors; however, it does not knowingly collect personal data of minors.
Any data provided via the forms are intended to refer to adults.
